At Au 2e, every service is tailored to your needs, your hair, your goals and the expertise of the stylist you choose.

The prices shown when booking online are the starting prices of the selected stylist. The final cost of a service may vary depending on several factors, including:

• hair length, density and thickness;
• your hair's chemical history;
• the time required;
• the complexity of the desired result;
• the expertise of the stylist you choose.

For haircuts, the difference from the starting price is generally small. Time for analysis, consultation and recommendations is included in your appointment.

For technical services (color, balayage, color correction, smoothing, extensions or a major transformation), a consultation is required. In most cases, the starting price alone can't give an accurate quote, because of the many variables specific to each head of hair and each project.

Our consultations

We offer in-person consultations:

• 15-minute consultation: $30
• 30-minute consultation: $60

We also offer a virtual consultation:

• 15-minute consultation: $45

These consultations allow us to:

• assess the condition and history of your hair;
• discuss your goals and whether they're achievable;
• carry out preliminary tests when needed (strand test, elasticity test, in-depth assessment, etc.);
• create a personalized plan;
• give a realistic estimate of the time, budget and upkeep involved.

The cost of the consultation is fully deducted from the price of the service when it is done at Au 2e.
